The following assessment us provided by HFE as a FREE resource for any students working towards a Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification, whether that be Gym Instructor, Exercise to Music, Circuit Training or Water-based Exercise.
This assessment covers a wide-range of variables relating to the design and implementation of fitness training programmes, and how the core principles of fitness training should be applied.
These questions provide a realistic flavour of the questions students will be presented with during their assessment.
