intro

Yoga is an incredibly inclusive form of exercise used to develop flexibility, improve posture and aide relaxation, among many other notable benefits. Today, there are few limitations as to how yoga is used and who can participate in classes. One such group who is able to reap the many physical and emotionally benefits of this holistic practice is pre and postnatal women.

In order to work with this special population, fitness professionals need to be appropriately qualified. Our Level 3 Yoga for Pre and Postnatal clients course is incredibly immersive and will teach you how to safely deliver a yoga class to pre and postnatal clients. The course provides a great opportunity for current yoga teachers to enhance their career, or newly qualified professionals to widen their client base.
