Intro

Yoga is an incredibly inclusive form of exercise used to develop flexibility, improve posture and aide relaxation, among many other notable benefits. Today, there are few limitations as to how yoga is used and who can participate in classes. One such group who is able to reap the many physical and emotionally benefits of this holistic practice is pre and postnatal women.

In order to work with this special population, fitness professionals need to be appropriately qualified. Our Level 3 Yoga for Pre and Postnatal clients course is incredibly immersive and will teach you how to safely deliver a yoga class to pre and postnatal clients. The course provides a great opportunity for current yoga teachers to enhance their career, or newly qualified professionals to widen their client base.

I had a really fantastic experience doing my Level 2 qualification with HFE at Roehampton. I've never done any form of fitness qualification before so was certainly nervous going into it...I needn't have been!

The best part of the course was the practical modules, the instructors did an amazing job and helped us understand clearly what we would need to focus on to pass the assessments, teaching us how to build a lesson safe and effectively.

Did ETM Level 2 recently and passed all assessments! Great tutor support for theory, very friendly and great educational materials for the course. My advice would be start theory revision and tests as soon as you can so it sinks in by the time practicals start.
