Your level of success from this course will be determined by your passion for subject, the amount of work you put in and your prior experience of practising yoga. There are no formal requirements and it is still possible to complete the course with little or no experience of yoga. However, the course is aimed at students with a basic level of experience so it may be necessary to increase the distance learning period significantly to accommodate your lack of experience.
During this time you will need to undertake a great deal of yoga practice as a student. This will help you develop an understanding of how it is performed and the spirit in which it is practised and delivered.
There are no formal prerequisites for Level 3 Yoga; therefore you don’t need to hold any lower level qualifications to enrol.
The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) awards 20 continuing professional development (CPD) points for this yoga course. As a result, you’ll automatically be eligible to join the Register as a qualified yoga teacher and achieve the much sought after Level 3 REPs status.
Upon completion of this course, you’ll receive a discount code which entitles you to 50% off REPs membership.

After studying personal training a couple of years ago with a different training provider and currently still being active within the role, I decided that I wanted a change and do something I feel is a little more rewarding to the developing population of medical distortion which is, studying GP exercise referral - and what a choice that was.
I have just completed this course with HFE as a progression from the level 2 Gym Instructor cert. I have found the course excellent all round.
