During the course, all students will receive a comprehensive training manual summarising all of the practical training delivered and how to effectively use Rocktape when providing fascial movement taping services to clients.
There are no formal assessments, however your tutor will be able to provide informal feedback throughout the day.
The course is suitable for a range of fitness professionals including Pilates instructors, yoga teachers and personal trainers.
There are no formal prerequisites, but it is advisable that you have a basic knowledge of anatomy.
