The following range of health and fitness assessments are provided as supplementary information, guidance and education on the various measures used in our flagship Health and Fitness Appraisal resource. This resource is publicly available for exercise professionals and their clients or participants to use to monitor their health and fitness goals and progress.

Each of these fitness assessments provide an objective measure of a different aspect of health and fitness. All of these assessments are widely used by fitness instructors and personal trainers in the field, as well as the scientific community. Each assessment benchmarks an individual’s data against normative data sets to provide an appropriate classification (e.g. excellent, good, average, below average, poor).
