I would like to thank everyone at HFE for all their help trying to adapt the course for Covid. My older adults course was great and and Janine and Gregg were so helpful throughout my course and I can’t wait to start my next course with you guys!

I’ve just passed the L3 Pre & Natal for Exercise qualification with HFE and it was fantastic! I wasn’t sure if I’d be disciplined enough to study independently alongside my business but having the support of my tutor whenever I needed her was excellent! Everyone in the office is so helpful and supportive. Highly recommend HFE and I can’t wait to start my next qualification- Thankyou

So, firstly I was to say that my course tutor Sophie was lovely. I was newly diagnosed with ADHD (woman who is 38 with a doctor registered IQ of 140). So I really struggle with admin because its not stimulation for my brain and I did this course because my current hyper focus is exercise. Sophie pulled out the stops when I needed it. I have to say that the help from the previous tutor was poor. I really enjoyed the away days learning about how to do the actual job (kinaesthetic learner here) and the sense of fun and community (yellow behaviour on the DISC behaviour type). There were a few things that I was not confident about and that was barbell lifting. Moreover, nutrition is essential to change and it was made very obvious that no real advice could be given because of a lack of professional certification. I happen to be very versed in endocrinology and I have to be incredibly careful with the advice I give. On the whole, the experience was really fun. Meeting others who value exercise and health was so great and we all got on. If you want to do a course that is just for fun then go for it. Having looked at jobs doing fun stuff, it seems that you cant live on the wages offered at the beginning so its only suitable for someone who is supported. I hope my comment helped. Best of luck.
