I have completed my Gym Instructors Level 2 and Personal Trainers Level 3 with HFE and they have been absolutely amazing, I could not have wished to pick a better company to complete the qualifications with.
I've just completed my Pilates exam and passed. I found the anatomy and physiology side of the course quite challenging. Thankfully, I got loads of support from my mentor, Martyn, he was absolutely brilliant.
HFE are an excellent training provider. The tutors are very supportive and remained in contact regularly throughout the course.
I was quite apprehensive starting the level 2 gym instructor qualification having been a full time Mummy for many years but as soon as I decided to go with HFE I knew I'd made the right decision.
