Using content created and delivered by leading medical professionals, gain the knowledge to combat two of the UK's most prevalent medical conditions: obesity and diabetes.
Experts from the World Health Organisation (WHO) predict that by 2030, almost 75% of men and 63% of women in the UK will be classed as obese. Numerous conditions associated with obesity are also set to become more prevalent including diabetes, lower back pain, osteoporosis, and arthritis.
With the NHS being stretched like never before, and the cost of treating these diseases well into billions of pounds, now more than ever specialised exercise professionals are needed to play a key part in fighting this epidemic.

My tutor is an epic phenomenal tutor. She was always super helpful and always friendly and attentive. She would regularly call me to track my progress and offer help when I needed it.
No experience of fitness training, just 8 years of attending Pilates classes, so I felt overwhelmed by the course and what was to come. However, I passed, through having support from online learning tutors, on the course in Birmingham.
All the training weekends were fun and full of good content, all the tutors lovely and helpful and my office tutor Lindsey was always available for me to answer questions and responded very quickly to my submitted assignments.
I can not recommend HFE highly enough! Big shout out and thank you to my support tutor Stacey Agnew who was always available if any advice was needed and provided swift feedback on online submissions.
