A must-have qualification for all those wanting to give nutritional advice and learn real-life solutions to improving the dietary habits of clients.
Today, diet and nutrition are just as important as exercise when it comes to living a healthy life. It’s also necessary for tackling chronic diseases like obesity, diabetes and hypertension. It’s not enough to exercise regularly, or even to eat a healthy balanced diet, the two must be combined to maximise the health and vitality.

I have enjoyed attending Pilates for many years and always wondered if I could teach it myself, I work in legal and have never had teaching experience. After speaking to HFE, they gave me so much confidence that I signed up and to make it easier on my finances, I paid monthly.
As a member of the Armed Forces, I would recommend HFE to any service leaver looking to enter the health and fitness industry.
As soon as I applied I received constant support from my tutor. She was really informative and answered any questions and queries I had regarding the course. The workbooks arrived very swiftly and I was able to start revising and studying and filling in the worksheets.
This is my second course with HFE, this is a recommendation in itself as they were self-funded and I have no hesitation in saying I would use them again.
