This outdoor fitness training course comprises of around 4-weeks on online study that explores all the essential knowledge and skills required to deliver safe and effective fitness training sessions in an outdoor environment. Specifically, the course includes:

Initially you are required to complete a range of assessments via our secure online learning platform (LES), and these will ensure you are prepared for your course.
