Empowering your PT career: Free online CPD

To succeed as a professional personal trainer in today’s fitness industry, it’s crucial to have cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills that go beyond the standard gym-based training approaches. Functional training has become increasingly popular as people develop more restrictions and pain associated with being more sedentary, and no two training approaches apply the principles of functional training more than kettlebell training and foam-rolling (also known as self-myofascial release, or SMR).

We’re committed to raising standards throughout the entire physical activity and personal training sector, which is why when you enrol on any of our personal training career packages, we’ll also enrol you for FREE on the following two online CPD programmes:

Kettlebell instructor course
Foam rolling instructor course

These programmes are presented by leading industry experts and have been specifically designed to ensure you are industry-ready once you complete your initial training and qualifications. On completion of our personal training courses, you’ll have much more than the industry-standard qualifications, making you more attractive to future clients and employers alike.

NB: Available on personal training packages only.
