The Advanced Trainer Module includes three extremely popular training techniques which can hugely benefit both fitness instructors and personal trainers. While this CPD is ideal for current personal trainers and those currently working towards their Level 3 qualification, it would also suit other types of fitness professionals looking to upskill and become more marketable.
