To enrol on this course, students must already possess the Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates. Aside from this prerequisite, it’s important that you have a possible attitude towards helping older clients.
The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) awards 20 points for the base Level 3 Older Adults qualification and an additional 8 CPD points for the yoga specialisation.
