This Level 2 Aqua Instructor course combines both theory and practical assessments to ensure you develop the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to work safely and effectively in a live fitness environment.
Throughout your studies, you’ll complete all coursework online at your own pace. These assessments are designed to test your understanding of key principles, techniques, and safety considerations relevant to water-based fitness instruction.
You’ll also complete one practical assessment. For this, you’ll be responsible for booking a suitable pool facility, arranging your own participants, delivering and filming the session, and submitting your recording online for assessment. This practical element demonstrates your ability to plan, instruct, and manage a group effectively in a real-world setting.
