There are no formal assessments on this workshop, however you will be given ample opportunities to use kettlebells, suspension trainers and foam rollers to develop your skills.
Upon completion of the CPD, you’ll be awarded an HFE Certificate of Excellence.
There are no formal prerequisites for this CPD, however, due to the nature of each part of the training, it’s ideally suited to both fitness instructors and personal trainers or those working towards a Level 3 qualification.
